The TITAN LIFE Weight Set 100 kg (Garage Gym) is a workout station featuring a 100 kg weight set, which includes a training bench, squat rack, barbell, and weight plates.

The training bench measures 154 x 60 x 35 cm and has a total weight of 24 kg. It has a backrest adjustable to six different positions, measuring 25 cm in width, and includes a transport wheel for easy mobility. The seat features 5 cm thick foam, is adjustable, and can withstand a high load.

The included rack is a robust and stable stand that can be used for squats and bench presses. It is a freestanding rack that fits all weight bars and is an excellent tool for home training due to its compact size. Use the rack for exercises such as squats, shoulder presses, bicep curls, or combine it with the training bench for bench presses. The rack weighs 13.5 kg and has a maximum height of 138 cm and a minimum height of 88 cm for the barbell.

The barbell is made of robust steel, has a 30 mm grip, and measures 220 cm. It can be easily used alone or in conjunction with the training bench and station. The bar weighs 20 kg and is suited for weight plates with a diameter of Ø50 mm.

The set includes weight plates of 5, 10, and 15 kg, all featuring a rubber-coated iron core, perfect for all types of weight training, powerlifting, functional training, etc., and protective of the floor against potential drops. They all fit a Ø50 mm barbell.
