If you are a customer or if you contact us via the website, we collect the following general information about you: name, title, address, postal code, city, country, mobile phone number, and email address.

In addition, we collect information for billing purposes: your name, and in the event of a purchase we also collect credit card information etc.

Your personal data is never provided to a third party without your express consent. We do not collect any other categories of information about you (sensitive data).

If you are a customer, we use your personal data in order to:

  • Providing customer service and support and respond to queries and requests
  • Processing your orders and deliver our services and offers
  • Administering our customer relationship with you

We may share your personal data with our suppliers and business partners assisting us in the execution of your order or the management of our IT operations, hosting, SMS gateway, etc. For example, we may share your information with our service suppliers, our technical support team, and our bank.

We share your information only to the extent we are obliged to, and according to rules of reporting to public authorities such as the taxation authority.

The Data Protection Act mandates that your personal data is stored in a secure and confidential manner. We store your personal data on restricted-access computers located in secure facilities. Our security measures are regularly examined to verify that all user data is managed appropriately with regards to your rights as a user. However, we are unable to provide a 100% guarantee for security in the case of data transfers via the internet. Consequently, a (limited) risk exists that unauthorised persons could illegally obtain data during electronic transmissions and storage. Thus, your personal data is provided at your own risk.

Personal data is deleted or anonymised on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which they were collected comes to an end. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 5 years after the customer or other relationships ends.

Rapid internet developments may necessitate changes in our personal data process. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for processing personal data. In such cases we will of course change the “last updated” date in Section 9 below. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you by placing a visible notice on our website.

According to the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to obtain personal data processed about you. If the data associated with you are incorrect or misleading, you may demand them to be corrected, deleted, or blocked. You may anytime object to the processing of data related to you, as well as revoke your consent. Finally, you may complain about the data processing related to you. Your complaint should be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency as per clause 58, item 1 of the Data Protection Act.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
