The TITAN LIFE Gym Wall Ball has a heavy vinyl surface that is protected by a layer of nylon. The Wall Ball has a balanced and even weight that makes it easy to handle. The ball is waterproof and durable. You can e.g. work out by throwing the ball against the wall or a plate and exercise your bends and grips with weights. The ball is soft and therefore gentle on the hands. This Wall Ball has been designed in the following resistance levels: 6 kg, 8 kg, 9 kg, & 10 kg
